We specialize in organizing mini-health fairs within apartment complexes, offering a range of health screenings, wellness education, and preventive services to improve community health outcomes.
About Tesio Health:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and book apartment complexes for Tesio Health's mini-health fairs. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to public health while working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential apartment complex venues for hosting mini health fairs.
- Conduct outreach to apartment complex management and decision-makers through cold calling, emailing, and in-person visits.
- Present and promote the benefits of hosting a Tesio Health mini-health fair to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to book health fairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the Tesio Health team to ensure successful event planning and execution.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively booking health fairs.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve services and offerings.
Sales Presentations: Conduct sales meetings to demonstrate the value of Tesio Health's lab test menu and brain health monitoring services. Highlight key differentiators such as our focus on preventative care, quantitative data, and proactive health management.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals to onboard new facilities based on the merits of our services, without any form of kickback or bribe.
Account Management: Retain and expand existing accounts by promoting the utilization of Tesio's full range of lab test offerings.
Compliance: Ensure full compliance with the federal Anti-Kickback Statute by not engaging in any form of kickback or bribe related to patient referrals or purchasing decisions. We promote the utilization of Tesio Health's services based solely on their quality, effectiveness, and suitability for healthcare and senior care facilities. Our compensation structure fully complies with the federal Anti-Kickback Statute (42 U.S.C. § 1320A-7B).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or senior care industry.
A deep passion for healthcare and senior wellness.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking abilities and the capability to build and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge of lab testing and healthcare services is a plus.
