Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
• Educate clients on the benefits and features of our health insurance products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new developments in healthcare to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Goal-oriented/ Hungry mindset with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required; comprehensive training will be provided you will just need a can-do attitude.

A Medical Sales Representative will be providing support to clients through the phone and go over the information that a client needs through business solutions as required for the role. You will be able to take care of the client and adapt their needs through a continually growing relationship.

An ideal candidate must have full-time availability, must be personable, and have good communications skills. The candidate must also be a self-starter and able to work in performing work duties with little to no supervision. Sales Experience is preferred but not required!!

Pay: $115,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
