Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound and warm calling.

Duties:

- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner

Qualifications

Communication - Strong verbal communication skills including active listening

Customer First – Fosters trust and confidence with potential patients

Collaboration and Teamwork – Demonstrates a commitment to team goals through attitude, contribution & cooperation

Consultative Selling - Qualifies potential customers; builds rapport and establishes trust

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
