The Provider Relations Representative will be responsible for handling the flow of incoming customer / calls and initiate outbound calls in an effort to;
(a) schedule and coordinate scheduled deadlines
(b) answer relative questions regarding ASAAR Medical’s services and operations
(c) ability to direct clients to the Company web-site to initiate various actions, He / she will also direct calls to other appropriate departments and from time initiate and report on data tracking reports. Provide support for the development of deployments, special projects, or other Network Health-related actions to enhance network performance. Additionally, the Provider Relations Representative may assist other Departments with duties as required.
Major Responsibilities/Tasks:
· Planning events, coordinating meetings, etc. with practices.
· Facilitating informational webinars with providers and staff.
· Collaborating with the marketing and advertising team creating engaging newsletters, press releases, etc. to disseminate key information about our ACO Reach program.
· Establishing voluntary alignment data collection and submission process for multiple participant practices around the US, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program participation needed for accurate data submissions.
· Point person with practice managers, staff, and providers.
· Handle incoming and outgoing communications to customer base customer/patients call and inquiries related to Family Practice, Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine.
· Maintain deadlines and tracking of information and contracting.
EXPERIENCE:
One to three years’ experience within a Customer Service or Call Center Operation in a fast paced high communications volume environment.
Medical Office experience required – minimum one-year experience
Ideal candidate will possess two to five years’ experience in healthcare/clinic as a Medical Assistant or in an Office Administration capacity
He /she should have excellent organizational and communication skills with Expert Level Proficiency in Microsoft office products including Word and Excel.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
