We are seeking for a highly qualified Medical Records/Admin Assistant with Hospice experience. As a Medical Record/Admin Assistant, you will perform a variety of clerical duties to help keep the office running smoothly. Our ideal candidate is an efficient, dynamic, and cooperative individual who can perform well while juggling multiple tasks with little to no direct supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Answering customer questions, giving information, taking dictation and addressing complaints.
*Coordinates and setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, prepares agendas and records between the office and external bodies.
*Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing and databases.
*Prepare and mail bills, invoices, checks and contracts.
*Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machine and multimedia instruments.
*Make travel arrangements for personnel.
*Supervise and direct the work of lower-level clerks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*High School diploma or equivalent required
*Hospice Experience is required
*Willing to drive
*Proficient in the use of computers, including database software and Microsoft office experience.
*Motivated and Fast Learner
*Excellent time management
*Strong communication skills and ability to interact productively with supervisors
