Medical Records Clerk

JobSorce is currently hiring a Medical Records clerk 

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Time: 8am-4:30pm

Payrate: $15.00/hr

Duties:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate recipients
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment
- Operate office equipment such as postage meters, copiers, and scanners
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies and materials
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a mailroom or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of mailroom procedures and equipment
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to operate a forklift and use an RF scanner is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
