Generations at Regency in Niles, IL has an Immediate Opening for a Part Time Medical Records Clerk.

$18.50 per hour pay rate, M-F, Four Hours per Day, Can Be Mornings or Afternoons.

Responsibilities of the Medical Records Clerk

• Promptly respond to requests for retrieving MEDICAL RECORDS and files
• Organize and upload MEDICAL RECORDS to resident charts
• Credential medical providers
• Collect patient information and process admission paperwork

Requirements:

of the Medical Records Clerk:

• General office experience
• Must speak, read and write English
• Medical records experience preferred
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility helpful
• Highly organized
• Computer proficient
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
