SalaryHardin Hills Health Center, a 78-bed skilled facility is seeking a Full-Time Medical Records/Health Information Clerk.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attach all correspondence to Electronic Health Record (EHR), audit charts, provide records upon request, file and retrieve records, process record requests and File RC-2 and RC-3 Records Retention Schedules. Other duties are copying, scanning, faxing, filing, sorting, typing, organizing and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Expert with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel. Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus, excellent communication skills, experience with Medical Records and Records Retention is a plus.
Experience:
Office Clerk – 1 year preferred
Medical Office – 1 year preferred
Medical Records – 1 year preferred
