PurposeCare and its affiliate companies are looking for a qualified, dependable, honest, reliable, Medical Records Clerk. We have an immediate opening for an Medical Records Clerk who can provide office support and caring assistance for our caregivers and our community’s most vulnerable.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Creates patient profiles with information from Intake Coordinators.

· Uses data entry equipment to record assigned data.

· Resolves minor processing problems; seeks assistance from supervisor or other appropriate staff for issues beyond immediate expertise.

· Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to keep information confidential.

· Ability to work independently.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Some data entry experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
