Medical Receptionist/Office Assistant

Responsibilities Include:
Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
Schedule and confirm appointments using EMR system.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing excellent patient service
Assist with patient registration and insurance verification
Collect and process payments for services rendered
Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed Assist with completing prior-authorizations and C9's as needed.
Manage the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and organization

Experience: Previous experience working in a medical office setting is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns
Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment

Full-time Employment: scheduled work hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:00AM - 6:00PM.

Part-time Employment: scheduled work hours are Monday - Thursday, 9:00AM - 2:00PM.
