The Real Me TRIM Clinic is a weight care clinic in Lake Mary, FL. We are down to earth, friendly, and family owned. Our goal is to help people struggling to lose weight by using effective medication that the celebrities use but at less than half the price. We are here to help care for the whole person who is struggling with their weight.

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist/ Medical Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, Calling potential patients, and managing patient records. Candidate will also be trained on operating the body countering machine. The ideal candidate will have a friendly voice, a caring attitude to everyone, excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidate will also be cross trained to help the Lead Medical Assistant with patient injections and drawing injections. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Make everyone feel comfortable and accepted.
• Take patient vitals
• Give injections
• Assist with patient consultations
• Answer incoming calls.
• Respond to inquiries from the website.
• Schedule appointments for patients.
• Follow up with patients.
• Collect patient information and enter it into the system.
• Update patient records as needed.
• Process payments.
• Provide general administrative support to the medical staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
