At Taylor Vein Solutions & Laser Aesthetics, we specialize in the treatment of varicose veins, spider veins, and other chronic venous insufficiency disorders by treating the underlying cause using minimally invasive procedures. We also specialize in aesthetic laser services for veins, hair, face, and skin. We offer various cutting-edge techniques and customized treatment plans. Our patients are ambulant after treatment.

Responsibilities
- Escort and room patients, and prepare them for office visits
- Answer phone calls, schedule patient appointments, obtain insurance authorization and patient benefits
- Take vital signs and alert physician of abnormal readings
- Administer appropriate medication and have patients sign relevant consent form prior to procedures
- Sterilize and turn over rooms efficiently between visits to maintain office schedule
- Assist with sterile outpatient surgeries (relevant protocol training provided)
- Assist patients with compression stockings after procedures
- Reiterate physician post-op instructions to patients to ensure their understanding prior to leaving the office
- Scribe for patient ultrasound scans
- Package and sterilize instruments using autoclave
- Track inventory upkeep between three offices
- Maintain relevant medical supply in all patient rooms
- Develop a strong understanding of venous insufficiency and related disorders
Requirements
- Comfortable commuting to our Taylor, Romulus, and Allen Park offices
- Ability to work independently and responsibly with professional demeanor and sound judgement
- Receptive to feedback and willing to take proactive initiatives to support office and team
- Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement
- Function at the highest level of customer service and professionalism to patients and staff
- Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible
- Confidentially manage patient accounts and follow Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Guidelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
