Oculoplastic Associates of West Michigan, PLC is searching for a highly organized, friendly and motivated individual to provide full-time administrative support in a fast-paced medical office.
The ideal candidate must be able to communicate well with patients, physician offices and insurance companies. They will have excellent problem solving skills, be punctual, self-motivated, and a team player. Attention to detail is a must. Computer skills are required.
Job duties include:
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Checking patients in/out
Entering patient data into electronic medical record
Verification of medical benefits
Collecting patient payments at time of service
Contact with patients regarding outstanding balances, any questions they may have, and coordinating appointments and surgeries
