Medical Receptionist/Data Entry

Established Orthopedic Occupational Therapy office specializing in hand and upper extremity therapy seeks Medical Receptionist.

Experience preferred but will train eager candidate.

The position includes duties of scheduling patient appointments, new patient intake, insurance verification, pre certifications, maintain medical records, liaison with medical offices, data entry, and Quick Books basic accounting entry.

Sucessful candidate must have a friendly demeanor and be a team player. Must be reliable and be able to multi task. Must have good communication skills.

10-12 hours per week
