We're Looking for a Part-Time Medical Receptionist to Join Our Dynamic Team!

• COVID-19 Vaccination required; first series(2 vaccinations, 3rd preferred)
• Local applicants only
• Paid on-job training provided
• Experience in a healthcare field preferred
• High school diploma required
• Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills are a must
• Team player who also works well on their own
• bi-lingual a plus
• Average of 20 - 25 hours a week

Job responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Taking vitals (weight + blood pressure)
• Inputting clerical data
• Filing
• Interacting/engaging with patients
• Med room preparation

Primary Location: Media, PA

Work arrangement: On site/in office environment

Schedule: Part-time (average of 20 - 25 hours a week)

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 1:00 pm - 6:30 pm
• Monday & Friday:as needed
• Saturday shifts: 7:30 am - 1:00 pm
• Additional hours offered at other offices if willing to travel locally (not required).
