Salary- answer incoming phone calls
- Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data
- Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents
- Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits
- Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on Physician and NP availability
- Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
- Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
- Scan medical records
- check patients out
- Work with hospital on sending records to and from our office
Work Location: One location
Monday: 7:50AM- 5:30PM
Tuesday:7:50AM- 5:30PM
Wednesday:7:50AM- 5:30PM
Thursday:7:50AM- 5:30PM
Friday: 7:50AM- 2:00PM
Intergy/ECW experience is a plus!!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
