Form of workWe are a Nephrology office seeking a full time front desk receptionist who possess an ability to communicate effectively with our patients with excellent phone management skills using a multi-line telephone system. The job requirements will also include faxing medical records and scanning medical documents and insurance cards into patient charts. The ability to schedule appointments, verifying insurance and collecting copayments. Back office experience a plus.
