Rejuve Clinic, a developing medical spa specializing in rejuvenation and wellness, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our Sherman Oaks Location. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
- Verify patient information, collect necessary forms, and update patient records accurately
- Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, procedures, and pricing to patients and visitors
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow and timely service
- Handle patient inquiries, resolve complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area, waiting room, and front desk
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry and inventory
- Capturing content for our social media platforms, comfortable filming and taking photos
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless clinic operations
- Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
- Creating content and helping with social media marketing
- Cleaning up around the spa, changing over providers rooms if needed, taking out the trash at end of shift
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in healthcare administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, staff, and external contacts
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software i.e. Zenoti
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare processes and treatments we offer
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Mondays. Compensation depends on your experience.
