Medical Receptionist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Schedule appointments
• Greet patients in the office, check-in, check-out, schedule tests
• Answer multi-line phones and direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself
• Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager

You should come to the job with the following skills:

• Stable employment history and excellent work attendance record
• Effective time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Computer savvy
• Team player
• Be familiar with technology used in the clinic, such as fax machines and computers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
