Medical Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced, full-time receptionist who will be able to provide our patients with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Greet patients and check them in for consultations and treatments.
• Check out patients, take payments, and make future appointments
• Provide information to patients regarding products and services
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer incoming calls, email inquires, social media messages, and web messages.
• Assist in taking before / after pictures as well as videos of patients getting aesthetic procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 Years of Outstanding Customer Service Experience with reference
• Must have outgoing, friendly personality and have an interest for aesthetics and wellness.
• Willing and able to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
• Very detail orientated
• Spanish Speaking - Preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Healthcare setting:

• Clinic
• Medical office
• Med spa

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Overtime
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
