Job requirements include strong computer skills (experience using WebPT prefered), patient scheduling, able to type 55 wpm, excellent customer service, and phone skills. Must be able to multitask. Familiarity with insurance authorizations and dealing with healthcare professionals preferred. Pay is commensurate with experience.
