Medical Scheduler
Our busy gynecology office is seeking a full-time Front Desk Scheduler.
This position is the initial point of contact with patients. The candidate we are seeking must have compassion, a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Job duties include:
•Answering phone
•Scheduling appointments and gathering all information required for appointments
•Performing patient check-in procedures
•Collecting co-payments
•Preparing registration paperwork
•Entering information into system thoroughly and accurately
•Assisting in general office support to ensure efficient execution of daily office activities
Position Requirements:
•2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting
•2 years’ relevant experience
•Experience with Athena EHR is a plus
•Highly organized and detail oriented
•Consistent attendance and punctuality is a must.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
•Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
