Medical Receptionist

Fast paced Gynecologist office that requires a female bilingual (English/Spanish) applicant. Our office is looking for an experienced candidate to hire for a position in our Front Office. The right candidate should be mature-minded, responsible, cheerful, friendly, dependable, organized, have a pleasant personality, must be able to multi task, have EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills, and telephone etiquette is a must!

Our ideal candidate should have good attention to detail.

Job duties include, but not limited to:

• Answer multi-line phones
• Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain payment
• Provide patients with intake and new patient forms
• Process payments from patients
• Insurance verification for benefits prior to the arrival of their appointment.
• Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients
• Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
• Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
• Ensure patient information is accurate including billing and insurance information
• Customer Service experience preferred but not required
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Basic Computer Skills
• Customer Service skills and training
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Previous experience (prefer 1 year minimum) working as a Front Desk receptionist for a medical/physician's office. Competitive hourly wage and benefits for the right candidate. This is a Full-Time position. Monday to Thursday.
