Medical Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed

Skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience working in a medical office setting
- Knowledge of front desk procedures
- Familiarity with Medical Receptionist duties
- Ability to use software such as , eClinicalWorks, or similar systems
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
