Medical Receptionist

A busy Dermatology office is looking for a front desk receptionist. The ideal candidate must be a problem solver, able to multitask, have excellent customer service skills, experience working in a medical office, must be friendly and greet patients with a smile, and have computer knowledge. Excellent health benefits offered along with paid time off. Work hours are Monday- Thursday (full days) Fridays (half days).

Tasks this position requires

• Greet patients
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Take payments for office visit copays, cosmetic services
• Schedule appointments
• Answer patient questions
• Maintain and create patient charts
• Call patients to remind them of appointment
• Weekly inventory
• Medical record requests
• Check patients in/out
• Verify insurance benefits
• Collect patient financial responsibility
• Daily financial balancing
• Scanning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
