Our Integrative Psychiatry Clinic is looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our team. We are led by a board-certified psychiatrist and offer several cutting-edge and integrative therapies.

Pay will depend on education and previous professional experience.

• Excellent at communicating in person, on the phone, and by email
• Flexible and willing to work on projects as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and the basics of Excel
• Interested in working with us for at least 18 months We prefer staff who stay for over a year as it supports continuity of care and team building.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of work, internship, or volunteering in a clinical medical or mental health setting.
• Prior work that involved administrative support or customer service

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to patient inquires by email, patient portal, and phone
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Checking in and checking out patients
• Running appointment charges
• Onboarding new patients
• Handling supplement inventory
• Assisting staff with other tasks and longer-term projects as needed
