Check-in - Checkout, Answer phones, confirm and schedule appts, VERIFY ins., provide patients with intake forms, collect co-pays, do referrals, obtain authorization for some meds, input lab orders, Assist physician as needed when nurse is out as needed
Must be RESPONSIBLE & RELIABLE;. Some experience working for a healthcare practice or hospital is preferred. Strong customer service skills and Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
