The Medical Records Specialist will be responsible for data entry of OASIS-C and Plans of Care, and other maintenance of electronic medical records. As a Medical Records Specialist you will:
- Maintain electronic medical records, and assist with record audits ensuring complete documentation
- Enter all OASIS-C and 485 data elements not entered during point of care
- Ensure all physician orders are sent and tracked for signature, medication profiles are provided to patient, among other data elements needed.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of medical terminology
