We are seeking to hire a receptionist to assist with office duties at A+ Pediatrics. We offer a fun, lively environment and are seeking someone looking for an upbeat place of work. Our number one focus is providing the BEST customer service and we are seeking someone who believes in that.
Responsibilities:
- Help answer phone calls and operate the phone system
- Assist with patient scheduling
- Assist with patient check-in/out
- Assist with scanning documents and other general office work
- Assist with patient referrals
- Must adhere to all HIPAA guidelines as you will be dealing with patient information.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Passion of providing the BEST possible customer service
