Medical Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Skills
- Proficient is scheduling and managing patient’s needs
- Knowledge of insurance benefits
- Understanding of contact lenses
- Ability to handle medical records and billing processes
- Experience in customer service

We are looking for a Medical Front Office Receptionist who is motivated, customer-oriented, and has a passion for providing excellent service. As a part of our team, you will play a key role in assisting customers with scheduling their appointments, providing insurance knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
