Medical Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing patient records, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Collect patient information and update medical records
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
- Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns
