Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow
• Handle patient inquiries, both in-person and over the phone
• Verify insurance information and process necessary paperwork
• Maintain organized and accurate patient records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of medical office software
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
