- Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Quickly answering questions and address any issues
- Optimize provider schedules
- Distribute New Patient paperwork/Required Forms
- Distribute patient messages to the correct department/staff member
- Comfort patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively listening
- Check facility email
- Collect payments/fee's with accurate & timely documentation
- Verify patient insurance
- Keep patient and work areas tidy
- Maintain office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
- Abide by HIPAA requirements & expectations
- Contribute to a positive & compassionate work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
