Medical Receptionist

An ideal candidate will have have excellent phone and customer service etiquette, be detail oriented and organized, accountable and reliable, and thrive in constructive, team-oriented workplace.

Tasks include :

• Answering phones and scheduling patients for physical therapy
• Management of electronic medical files
• Management of medical referrals and insurance verifications
• Greeting patients and collecting payments
• Communicating with therapists about patient scheduling needs
• Payment reconciliations

Candidate qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Ability to work well in busy environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in PC and fax use
• Reliable and professional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
