Medical Office Staff/ Medical Assistant Position

Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English) to apply.

We have an immediate opening for Medical Office Staff/Medical Assistant with competitive salary and opportunity for growth.
The candidate will be responsible for:

-Transcription of paper records to Electronic Medical Records/ data entry, scanning, etc.

- Familiarity with use of computer, ability to use Microsoft Word a must.
- Previous EHR experience helpful.
- Medical billing related tasks, medical insurance responses and follow up, Verify Insurance, prepare superbills.

-Collecting payments
- Ability to multi task
- Strong organizational skills.

- Medical Assistant

- Bilingual (Spanish- English) a Must
- Transcribe provider documentation

Job Type: Part-time

Office Hours- Monday 2pm-7pm, Wednesday 1:00pm-7pm, Thursday 1:30pm-7pm. (Must be available to work all 3 days for the entire shift to be considered)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
