       Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in labor and Employment Law
• Must be experienced in both employment-related litigation / arbitration (before courts, administrative agencies, and neutrals) and transactional employment work.
• Must have small book of business 
• Requires have strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Candidate must be admitted to practice in Kentucky
