Goldsboro Physical Therapy is looking to hire a personable Receptionist, with exemplary communication skills, who is committed to providing superior service to our patients! Medical office experience is not required.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Managing a multi-line phone system.
- Checking patients in.
- Data entry and scanning documents into the electronic health record.
- Scheduling patient appointments, following up on missed/cancelled appointments to reschedule patients.
Essential skills and abilities:
- Outstanding telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Knowledge of general medical terminology.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Treat patients and co-workers with respect.
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
- Empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns.
- Highly dependable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
