SalaryDo you enjoy helping people? If so, our office is looking for someone like you to join our great staff. The position will work between our Neenah and Oshkosh offices. The position needs an employee who can multi-task, be professional, and above all-treat our patients with care and compassion. The ideal candidate will have medical reception experience which must include insurance knowledge and prior authorization experience. Hours are between 30-40 depending on experience. No nights or weekends.
Duties include:
- Working with patients
- Verifying insurance benefits/coverage
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Following HIPAA rules and regulations/medical terminology knowledge
- General office upkeep
