Job Overview:
Following standard operating procedures to perform routine lab functions such as product testing for research and development and manufacturing operations.
Assist with method development and validation activities to support product development activities.
Assist with maintaining laboratory equipment, chemicals, and glassware.
Document results and data entry as required by cGMP’s.
Essential / Key Job Responsibilities
Perform analytical testing in support of ongoing R&D and process development projects.
Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Support Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory & R&D to ensure systems are compliant with all guidelines.
Assist with writing and summarizing technical reports based on analytical findings.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage/prioritize high volumes of analysis requests
Consistent attention to detail
Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving
Ability to work independently, as well as on teams
Education and/or Experience:
Experience: 0-3 years of industrial experience in analytical chemistry, preferably in medical device or other regulated FDA/QSR and ISO environment.
