Our office is a private, upscale, and fast paced dermatology practice in Rancho Mirage. We are seeking an energetic candidate to join our growing team who is highly professional, detail oriented and able to multitask. The ideal candidate will have an excellent customer service background, work well under pressure, be genuinely positive and enthusiastic.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound phone calls with appropriate telephone etiquette
- Greeting and welcoming patients to our office in a friendly manner
- Provide assistance and information to patients
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain a smooth flow of communication between patient and back office
- Confirm that accurate patient demographic and insurance information has been collected and update if necessary
Skills
- Must be compassionate and can establish confidence and trust with patients
- Must have the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or stress
- Highly energetic with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Social perceptiveness and service oriented
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
