Medical Front Desk Receptionist With Cardiology Experience

Cardiologist in Palm Beach Gardens, FL seeks aMedical Front Desk Receptionist (with Cardiology experience A PLUS) to join their team of professionals. Candidate MUST have substantial medical office experience with medical terminology, EMR knowledge, front & back office skills etc.

Duties will include BUT not limited to:

Front & back office tasks

Check in & out

Manage incoming phone calls and appointment scheduling

Experience with EMR systems such as Athena and/or EClinical Works etc

Authorizations and Referrals

Basic office skills - faxing, filing, emails etc

Required Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Medical system experience & MS Office experience

Experience in a medical office setting required.

Proven excellence in Customer Service
