Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Intergy software
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service to patients
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and update medical charts as necessary
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized
Requirements:
- Previous experience with medical coding and as a medical receptionist or dental receptionist preferred
- Proficient in using medical scheduling software
- Strong knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple incoming calls
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records

Pay: $17.04 - $20.00 per hour
