Medical Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and compassionate Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our Farragut Clinic. This position requires a highly organized individual who is capable of multitasking, maintaining a positive attitude, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of medical office experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Farragut, TN

Salary Range: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Type: Contract to Hire

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, answer incoming calls, and schedule appointments
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage
• Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork
• Collect patient co-payments and provide receipts
• Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of medical office experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Must be nicotine-free
• Available to work 8-5, Monday through Friday
• Billing experience is not required but a plus
