We currently offer the following position in Deerfield, Illinois which will be fully remote.
MEDICAL FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
Come join a fantastic team! Our team is rapidly expanding with you playing an integral role. Our team is comprised of members that are highly skilled and dedicated to their craft who are more than willing to assist each other to ensure our groups success, and more importantly, the satisfaction of our customers. You will be joining a medical service team with an emphasis on the word "team".
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit customers (primarily universities and hospitals) for preventive maintenance actions, fault analysis, upgrades, installation, maintenance and repair to achieve optimum customer care delivering professional service with effective working practices.
- Support Sales Representatives in activities such as installations and demo/exhibitions.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Team to ensure all customers in the region are provided professional after-sales service, including exchanging valuable information resulting from customer contacts to increase customer happiness and sales
YOUR PROFILE
- 2+ years of experience and/or vocational training in a technical, scientific, or engineering background or relevant military experience is preferred
- Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Ability to travel up to 70%
