Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with an active nursing license in the state hired

Job Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across different age groups and medical conditions. Perform assessments, administer medications, provide wound care, and ensure patients' physical and emotional needs are met.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to create personalized care plans and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes. Adhere to regulatory guidelines and agency protocols for documentation.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and caregivers, ensuring they are well-informed about treatment plans, progress, and any necessary instructions for care.
- Critical Thinking: Assess complex situations and make informed decisions to prioritize patient care. Respond adeptly to emergent situations and adapt to changing healthcare environments.
- Professional Development: Stay current with the latest nursing practices, medical advancements, and technological developments through continuous education and training. Contribute to a culture of learning and improvement within Oasis.
