PROCEPT BioRobotics is a surgical robotics company enabling better patient care by developing transformative solutions in urology. With an initial focus on BPH, the company's AquaBeam Robotic System delivering Aquablation therapy, is the first FDA-cleared, automated surgical robot for the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Aquablation therapy combines real-time, multi-dimensional imaging, automated robotics and heat-free waterjet ablation for targeted, controlled, and immediate removal of prostate tissue. Aquablation therapy offers predictable and reproducible outcomes, independent of prostate anatomy, prostate size or surgeon experience.
SUMMARY
The Medical Education Programs Coordinator will play a critical role in organizing and executing peer-to-peer educational programs in support of educating Urologists on the benefits of the Aquablation therapy procedure and technology. This individual will be expected to collaborate cross-functionally and with Procept's expanding network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to create, schedule and execute a range of Medical Education program offerings throughout the United States.
The Coordinator will be expected to hit the ground running to support the logistics and coordination of existing peer-to-peer (P2P) programs. She/he must be detail-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent organization and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment. PROCEPT BioRobotics supports a flexible working structure, requiring a couple days every 6 weeks in the headquarter office in the Bay Area, CA, but more, if warranted, by a specific project. This position reports to the Director, Medical Education.

For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $72,000-$99,000 a year.
