I’m the regional Medical Director for Sound’s Emergency Medicine practice at Montefiore Mount Vernon, in Mt Vernon, New York. I have been a part of Sound for four years. I proudly welcome interest from physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) coming out of training or desiring a career change. People
- Join our closely-knit, established team of eight physicians and seven advanced practice providers (APPs) working between Mount Vernon and Westchester Square.
- Our group brings together professionals from the tri-state area – NYC, NJ, and Hudson Valley.
- I am involved in all medical staff meetings and committees, actively participating in decision-making.
Practice
- For 130 years, we’ve proudly been a level III trauma community hospital dedicated to exceptional care.
- Our diverse patient population, situated near the Bronx, contributes to a low-volume ED with high acuity.

- The expected annual compensation for this role is $70,000, in addition to the clinical hourly rate of $230 for days and $255 for nights.
