I’m the regional Medical Director for Montefiore Westchester Square, located in The Bronx, New York. I have been a part of Sound for eight years. I’m proud of the Emergency Medicine practice we have built and welcome interest from physicians advancing in their career or desiring a career change. • We are a closely-knit, established team of eight physicians and seven advanced practice providers operating between Mount Vernon and Westchester Square.
• Our group comes from various areas in the Tri-state Area -NYC, NJ, and Hudson Valley.
• I am involved in all medical staff meetings and committees.

Practice

• Thrive in New York’s first free-standing emergency department.
• Cater to a diverse patient population with a low-volume ED with high acuity directly, providing a dynamic and challenging work environment.
• Single physician coverage ensures a focused and independent approach to medical decision-making and treatment provision.
• We maintain strong connections through team meetings bi-monthly.
• Recognizing the importance of family and spending time outdoors, we offer a flexible schedule. We’re always there to support each other when covering shifts.
• The expected annual compensation for this role is $80,000 in addition to the clinical hourly rate of $220 for days and $240 for nights.
• Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and annual CME allowance.
