Assisting clients with Medicare insurance enrollment for advantage plans or medigap with a rx plan, and Customer Service for currently enrolled clients.
Assisting clients with Medical, dental and vision insurance enrollment and Customer Service for those clients already enrolled but needing to make a life change.
Assisting existing clients with billing inquires and claim reimbursement situations.
Position does require being insurance licensed however the agency will provide resources and training to assist getting insurance licensed including required pre-licensing education.
Customer service for existing clients either over the phone, in person or through email.
