The MedicalClaims Processor will work closely with TPA(Third party administrator) leaders to help collect and maintain accurate data from multiple sources in order to ensure clients and members are taken care of.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Helping the TPA leader manage membership eligibility and data.
- Review and validate all claims to ensure that there is no missing or incomplete information.
- Analyze claims as appropriate from first submission to finalizing.
- Maintain complete and accurate processing while using a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Send accurate Invoices to clients.
- Pay / Track Claims to accurately reimburse RDA clients.
- Answer Client calls/Questions.
- Ability to identify issues, correct data and/or pend due to missing information.
- Import check register file into claims system.
- Maintain a professional relationship with our RDA members / clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 Year of experience in claims, required.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and an Electronic Medical Records systems, required.
- Ability to maintain production and quality standards.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
- Professional, client-focused approach to colleagues and assignments.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English), preferred.
